SHIPPING POLICY
As soon as we receive your order, it can take up to three to five working days to ship. Once we have shipped your purchase, we will send you a tracking link so you can follow your package as it finds its way to you.
UK SHIPPING
Standard deliveries are sent on a tracked service so you will be updated every step of the way.
Porto&Bello offers free UK delivery for orders over £100.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are excited to say we ship internationally. In order to be as fair as possible to our customers the rate is specific to the country we are sending the goods to and will be calculated accordingly in the checkout section once delivery address has been put in.
Please be aware customs and duty payments will be liable for you to pay to the courier prior to delivery.
VAT AND DUTIES
Due to recent changes following Brexit any orders outside of the UK will be liable for customs and duty payments. The amount will be dependent on where the order is being shipped to and you will be contacted by the courier to advise of payment amount prior to delivery.

CANCELLING ORDERS
